Title: Home Health Aide (HHA)
Type of Position: Part time or full time.
General Description: Rivers Edge is looking for caring, compassionate individuals willing to work the PM and/or the overnight shift. The HHA position does not require a CNA license and will train at the facility.
Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Type of Position: Part time or full time.
General Description: Rivers Edge is looking for a full time/part time licensed RN for our assisted living facility. This position entails working with a well trained LPN to assist in all facets of this position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Requires initial assessments on potential clients along with routine/quarterly assessments on clients. Implements service plans and checklist for clients and staff.
- Monitors and maintains client charts and nursing notes.
- Communicates with physicians and other personnel with any changes in client’s needs or conditions.
- Monitors and follows through with ordering and processing medications/treatments. Assures compliance with regulations, facility policies, and procedures.
- Supervision, orientation, and training along with competency tests of unlicensed personnel.
Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Type of Position: Part time or full time.
General Description: Rivers Edge is looking for a full time/part time licensed LPN for our assisted living facility. This position entails working with the staff and residents setting up medical appointments as well as other necessary tasks.
